Young Chicago Prospect Headed For Orlando

Chicago Fire Academy product Cameron Lindley could reject a contract with the MLS club to join Orlando City.

The 20 year old American's MLS rights are held by Chicago Fire but are expected to be transferred to the Lions having turned down a contract with the Illinois club.

As a big prospect, his rights wont come cheap and the Floridian side are expected to exchange right-back Rafael Ramos alongside a chunk of allocation money to secure Lindley.

Lindley is a graduate of Carolina University where he was lauded with multiple accolades including ACC midfielder of the year whilst featuring for their soccer team.

The potential trade of Rafael Ramos in exchange for Lindley is no surprise following his battle against injuries and the impressive performances of Orlando right-back Scott Sutter.
